My current line of work features a tactile fusion of handwoven and reclaimed materials that are embellished with a variety of surface applications and innovative construction techniques.  I am intrigued by the concept of deconstruction for the purpose of reconstruction.  Therefore I break fabrics down to many tiny pieces that either get sewn together to create a new fabric or they are used in handweaving.
